National Fitness Day


On Wednesday 22nd September, several members of staff joined in with #NationalFitnessDay21. Those who took part decided from a range of different activities which suited them best. 

The activities included a walking route using parts of the building and walking several laps of which were completed by the trio. Others opted for personal gym time or an introduction to a new physical activity table tennis.

Well done to all that took part hopefully we repeat this in the future, stay fit!
